Project Description
The [Farming Game] is an augmented reality farming game where a player will be able to experience the lifestyle of a farmer in their current environment. I this journey, the user will first gain a sapling corn to grow and wait for the plant to develop into its mature form. Then they will gain coins depending on how long they waited for the plant to grow, the smaller the crop, the faster it grows, but less coins the user will receive. Be sure to watch your plants’ growth though, if one waits too long to extract the fruit of your labor, the crops can die.

Game implementation on Unity
We were inspired by games called “Minecraft” and “Crossy Road”. For Voxel design we used MagicaVoxel to create our objects and exported them into obj & png files to insert into Unity.
UI Design
Adobe Illustrator was used to create UI aspects of the game such as buttons, coin count, and inventory/shop slots
It was composed to fit an android phone screen
Sound
We added different sound effect for each items/ actions that the player makes.
The sound helps the player to interact with game easier. It also enhances the convenience.
No background music. Sound only plays when the player interact with the screen.
